- 1/4 of a glass of soy sauce
- 1 and a half lemons or limes freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 bulbs of garlic grated or diced
- Fresh hot red chillies also finely sliced or made into paste (to taste).
- Freshly chopped coriander to garnish
