We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email with description and photos to ajoulianou1@gmail.com and send your item to: 10 Almond Place Casula, Sydney NSW 2170.
Please consider purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items.
TERMS
We will provide you with a credit, exchange or refund for full priced items where:
- The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all stickers still intact
- The goods have not been opened, used, or damaged
- A returns request is made within 14 days from date of purchase
- Approved returns are received at 10 Almond Place Casula NSW 2170, within 7 days of approval
