Wild Game Harvesting Course

This offering of The Wild Game Harvesting Course is a fully immersive and interactive experience designed to share over 20 years of skill development in wild game harvesting, meat preparation, and cooking through the life experience of Grant and myself. This weekend will be jam-packed with everything you need to know from skinning to cooking. Only 8 spots available per course, keeping it small to create an intimate and rewarding learning experience. The course will be held in Batemans Bay.  

All food is cooked up and provided (as a gift) throughout the day!

On the completion of this course, you will leave with new friends, a deeper understanding, and a strong skill set required to grow and develop your meat harvesting passion. Enabling you to be a more resourceful and sustainable hunter/food harvester.

The environment was awesome and all-around good vibe.

I attended a game harvesting course with the boys wanting to learn how to harvest the meat better and learn how to cook game better. The lads grant and Andrew were so knowledgeable in everything we talked about. I highly recommend this course for people wanting to up there skills.

I attended with a couple of mates, around 10 in total, the boys were very knowledgeable and willing to share their experiences in hunting, breaking down the animal through to cooking. couldnt recommended this course enough.

Life skills 👌🏽

Attended this course on the 27/08/22. Had myself and two mates do it all together. The fellas Andrew and Grant were awesome, showed us the practical ways to go about a wild deer harvest, how to beat to cook each section of meat. Real game change for deer hunting with transferable skills for other game animals like rabbits and pigs.

Great experience and food.

What a great experience this was, we eat heaps of wild game meat and enjoyed good chats over the fire.
I would go again. Totally recommend this course!
