SPECIAL NOTICE: Course location and type of game to be announced! (will include at least one large, 4 legged mammal.
- "the animals we will be processing will vary depending on what we get our hands on. This year has been a different journey for the bald chef as both me and Grant have had baby’s , I have also moved down the coast . We will definitely have a large 4 legged animal, this could be goat, pig, deer, sheep also going to try and get some small game as well like rabbit and hare."
This offering of The Wild Game Harvesting Course is a fully immersive and interactive experience designed to share over 20 years of skill development in wild game harvesting, meat preparation and cooking through the life experience of Grant and myself. This weekend will be jam packed with everything you need to know from skinning to cooking. Only 8 spots available per course, keeping it small to create an intimate and rewarding learning experience has not yet been allocated a location, it will either be Bungonia or Batemans bay (location to be announced in a week).
All food is cooked up and provided (as a gift) throughout the day!
On the completion of this course you will leave with new friends, a deeper understanding and a strong skill set required to grow and develop your meat harvesting passion. Enabling you to be a more resourceful and sustainable hunter/food harvester.
